Returns Policy

WFH offers a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Requirements

To return a product:

  1. Package the item in its original condition, unworn and unused.
  2. Ensure all original tags and labels remain attached.
  3. Include the original invoice inside the package.
    • If you no longer have the invoice, please include a note with your name and order number so we can identify your return.

Please note that products showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unfortunately, WFH does not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Important Return Information

  • Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.
  • Please package all returns securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
    • Underwear
    • Perfumes
    • Socks
  • If your order included a free promotional item, that item must also be returned when returning the associated purchase.
    • If the free item is not returned, the retail value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
