How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

What are your shipping rates?
United States Shipping Rates
Orders over $199 qualify for FREE Shipping.
Orders from $50 to $199 have a shipping charge of $6.99.
Orders under $50 have a shipping charge of $15.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Please check back for future international shipping updates.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once a package leaves our facility, shipping times are controlled by the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

What is your return policy?
WFH Clothing offers a 14 day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
What items are eligible for a return?
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, have all original tags and labels attached, and be free from stains, odors, or damage.
How do I start a return?
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and any additional information needed to process your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you need a different size or item, please contact us. Exchange availability depends on current inventory.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Will sold out items be restocked?
